The recipe I used:
8 oz of cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup of coco
4 cups of powdered sugar
Tonight we are having Sour Cream and Dill Chicken.
2 Chicken Breast (cut in half)
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh chopped dill
1 tsp onion powder
Pepper to taste
All of the above mixed together and poured over the chicken in a baking dish. Then baked uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or so, until the chicken is done. I think this will be served with rice because well, the Captain and I love rice.
